Due to required social distancing rules in Santa Clara County, my regularly scheduled classes have changed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. During this critical time class are being taught virtually via FitGrid/Zoom.

Breathe Together Yoga
Mysore via Zoom: Every Monday and Tuesday, 6:30 – 8:30 am
Note: You must pre-register at least 60 minutes prior to the start of classes. The link will be sent by email to everyone who signed up by the 60 minute cut-off. You may join the Mysore Zoom anytime during the practice window. Led classes have a 5 minute cut off to join live. However, everyone who signs up for led classes will get a link to the recording after the class. If you sign up, but find you are unable to attend live, you can still practice to the recording.
PRE-RECORDED VIDEOS (practice with me at your leisure)
In April 2020, I expanded my online presence in an effort to support my yoga community by creating a YouTube channel. Here, you will find:
- videos you can practice along to,
- tutorials you can learn from, or
- videos to simply inspire you to roll out your own mat and/or move in what ever way supports your health and well being in this time of uncertainty.
In the summer of 2020, I began creating high-quality videos specifically for BTO.tv, where I join a community of teachers and experts in all things yoga, wellness, and mindful meditation. My videos on BTO.tv can be found HERE.
Intro to Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga
Sundays: October 31st, November 7th, 14th, and 21st 2021, 3:00 – 4:30 pm
This 4-week introductory course includes 3 weeks of unlimited access to these Ashtanga classes at Breathe Together Yoga (November 1st– 21st)
Note: Given the current uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is too early to know if this course will be held virtually (via zoom), in-person, or by some hybrid of the two options. Check the BTY website for more details and pricing.
